About Me
It is difficult to describe myself in just a couple of paragraphs because I am much more than a yoga teacher. I am also a coach, an entrepreneur, a woman, a housewife and a mother — just like many of you. And if I had to name my greatest superpowers, they would be lightness and freedom.

Lightness is not about being careless or irresponsible. It is the ability to stop making life more complicated than it needs to be. It is the ability to take action, make mistakes, learn, change direction when necessary, and keep moving forward without constant inner struggle. It is the lightness of the body that comes through yoga and the clarity of mind that comes through meditation.

Freedom means living without toxic shame, guilt, or the need to constantly meet other people’s expectations. It is the ability to listen to yourself, choose your own path, and allow yourself to be a real human being rather than an idealized version of one.

Since most of my students are women, I place special emphasis on women’s health, hormonal balance, restoring energy and vitality, developing a deeper connection with the body, and cultivating natural femininity.

Over the years, I have noticed that people rarely come to yoga only for a healthy back, greater flexibility, or better posture. They come for something deeper. They come for the opportunity to exhale and relax. For inner stillness. For the feeling that life can be easier. For the freedom to stop fighting themselves.

This is what my work is truly about.

My style
I began my journey in yoga world by studying and practicing classical styles of yoga such as Iyengar Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
Later, I became deeply inspired by Yoga Flow, which brought more freedom, fluidity, and creativity into my practice.

A major influence on my understanding of yoga, as well as on my teaching style, came from my studies with Angela Farmer and Victor van Kooten. Through their guidance, I moved toward a more intuitive and embodied approach to practice — one that relies less on rigid sequences and fixed rules, and more on listening to the wisdom and sensations of the body.

My approach has also been strongly influenced by my passion for dance, which has added a sense of grace, natural movement, and joy to the practice.
Today, I would describe my style as Fusion Yoga — an inspiring blend of classical discipline and a more creative, intuitive, and free-flowing approach to movement and self-discovery.

Reviews:
